A Birthday (or Two)
I love my country bumpkins
It was just a short year later In a bed of joy-filled tears, yet death-like pain
And to this wondrous world of many wonders
One more wonder came
Our oldest child is turning five. When she heard a plane today in the air she whispered in all seriousness as children do, “I bet they are flying in for my party.”
